Last week, the Five-Point game with Bo and “Rex” started heating up with an all or nothing bet with Bo’s father’s stasis pod on the line.

Her lips twitched. “Oh, I have something to offer you, otherwise you wouldn’t have consented to play me. What do you want, Rex?”
“What do you have to offer?”
She shook her head. “You have something in mind,” she said. “I’m not making an offer. What’s the price to see your cards?”
“You are not as innocent as you look.”
“That’s what they said at my trial.”

On the other hand, the last line almost gives this a Wild West feel–very nice.

Call! Call! I think he’s got a royal fizbin, but that’s just a hunch.
Bo’s a smart bargainer, I can see. Never (ever!) offer. Always ask first.

The last two lines are superb – really sharp dialogue. And the whole scene is full of tension and suspense. Great sequence!
